Wondering what "Radiopaque" means???  Don't feel bad.  We had to look it up too but it turns out is a pretty cool safety for a VERY popular toy.  All you really need to know is that, if you're goober dog happens to EAT some of this KONG (which is darn near impossible), they'll will show up on an x-ray.  Pretty cool, huh?

The Radiopaque KONG® Blue is 25% stronger (155-180lbs per square inch) than KONG® Red.  It's the same great ORIGINAL, super bouncy, irresistable shape with a rubber that is newly formulated, lighter and stronger. KONG® Blue is highly puncture resistant.  The material used for blue kongs is 'self-sealing'.  The molecules are designed to move back into place when a puncture occurs.
