The 5970 Intermediate sleeve has a plastic top cuff and a jute bottom. It even has a built-in bite bar!
The top is made of plastic which is body-shaped and padded. The top straps to the bottom with a leather strap.
The bottom jute bite area sports felt and lined jute.
The bottom is closed so young inexperienced dogs don't mistakenly bite the hand.
The handle is covered with leather for a good grips by the helper/decoy.
