Another rockingly successful Cascade Schutzhund Club trial has come and gone! In spite of all the pulls, the trial went very well. Judge, Carole Patterson made the handlers feel comfortable and we appreciated her constructive critiques.

The amount of spectator support was amazing - even though the weather did not want to cooperate. Carole enjoyed herself and was impressed with our club's camaraderie.

The trial would not have gone as well if it were not for all the club members support. Thank you to Donna and Debra for, once again, putting together such a great spread for lunch. You guys are AWESOME!!! Thanks also to the Greater Seattle WDA club members who helped with the group, Kristy for providing the tables, Jo for doing the paperwork, and Diane for taking Carole back to the airport. And....thank you SO much to Kurt (who has now shown what an EXCELLENT track layer he is) for laying the FH and VPG 3 tracks on Saturday. Little does he know what kind of trouble that's going to get him into in the future! Thank you to Dara and Les for laying Sunday's tracks, and Suzanne for working Dirk in the VPG 1 (the count now stands Suzanne 1 ... Dirk 1). Kevin did a phenomenal job catching the missiles (Xhango and Aaron), in the back half. (Wow! Those were some doozies!) Zach did a super job on the front half helper work too. Carole was so favorably impressed that she is going to make a point to mention Zach's work to the Regional OFS (Training Director) for selection consideration for the Regional Championship in October!!! And, last but not least, thank you to the competitors who participated in the trial that allowed us to use their dogs as fill ins (Denise, Mark and Zach). Eight new titles were awarded and the results are posted below.
