Ray - Cole Slaw and Irish soda bread
Nia - hamburger buns and buns for the brats
Sara - Paper plates
Donna - carrot cake and utensils
Joe - ketchup, mustard and mayo
Robin - ice, some micro beer and a card to sign
Jo - chips
Patty = Water and sodas

Draw night Thursday, Sept 25, 2008 6 pm: As many club members as we can get to help. Thinking of doing a Meet and Greet BBQ at the field instead of having everyone go to the host hotel for the draw. Maybe we can make some money. Raylynn, ?

Day of Competition Assignments

Drivers to escort people to tracking field from the trial field: JO, PATTY

Parking coordinator (make sure the competitors are in the right parking area and the spectators in theirs): several people needed (2 each day):

Assistance with Breakfast and lunch (this will be done in shifts of 2 hours): As many members that can assist the better: JO

Judge Assistant (make sure judge has correct paperwork for the dog that is being judged and is comfortable during judging (water, juice, food) normally the trial chairman does this: Kristy Mull
